Society wants us to be at the top.
But is this goal always good for us?
Let's see some ð‘ ð‘–ð‘”ð‘›ð‘ that might conclude that it is a bit too much 😱for us. Even if society has somewhat normalized these behaviors or patterns, it would be interesting to question them.
Most of the time, we are so on autopilot ðŸ§‘âœˆï¸ that we don't see much anymore.
Some signs:
â˜˜ï¸ being chronically busy, with a overflowing schedule and endless to-do lists
â˜˜ï¸ seeking absolute performance
â˜˜ï¸ constantly engaging in numerous activities
â˜˜ï¸ exercising excessively
â˜˜ï¸ having a great need for intensity in relationships
â˜˜ï¸ feeling always on edge
â˜˜ï¸ experiencing emotional roller coasters
â˜˜ï¸ having complicated nights with disturbed sleep, etc., etc.
If these examples impact our general well-being, it's an indicator that our system is overloaded and this can lead to ð›ð®ð«ð§-ð¨ð®ð or ððžð©ð«ðžð¬ð¬ð¢ð¨ð§.
But do not worry, these are just states of our nervous system where we are probably stuck. Everything can evolve. The first step is to become aware of it, and if you are, congratulations!
