I am tired but I don't show it

Who hasn’t done this?

I’m tired, but I don’t show it to others.

 

To ensure that nothing seems apparent to others, especially not, we become excellent actors.

 

The problem arises when our body begins to have stress reactions while trying to hide what we feel.

 

This often happens when we are exhausted and continue nonetheless.

 

Yes, our mind craves these moments. We want to overcome our fears, fatigue, and move forward.

 

But what can result from this?

 

We become experts at hiding our true emotions. The result: when we get home, it's a downward spiral.

 

We need to release all these emotions, the body being in shock. If we don’t let it out, we risk somatizing.

 

In such cases, what do you think? Hide and listen to your mind or listen to your body?

 

None of this is serious because no one taught us how to manage our emotions, how to self-regulate, how to bring peace within.

 

But we can start doing it NOW.
